- Mentor 15+ engineers in emerging tech methodologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on joint research projects
- Develop patent portfolios for core breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI deployment
- Secured $5M+ in government innovation funding
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on emerging tech
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and policy frameworks
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant processes
- Strong network with global research institutions
