Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI integration and biocomputing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NASA
- Drive open-source initiatives that accelerate global adoption of sustainable tech standards
- Present innovation frameworks at CES, Web Summit, and UN Technology Forums
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Patent 3+ disruptive technologies annually with legal team support
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite/VP strategy roles
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on AI/quantum systems
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ exits >$100M)
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, ESA)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering with PhD preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven ability to secure federal grants and venture capital funding
- Experience building diverse innovation teams across 10+ countries
