Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in rapid prototyping cycles
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in neural interfaces and sustainable energy
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or demonstrable expertise)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong portfolio of patents or peer-reviewed publications in cutting-edge fields
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
