Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions in quantum AI and biotech integration
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and DARPA for cutting-edge R&D initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints targeting carbon-negative tech and autonomous systems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and investors securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists across AI ethics, sustainable engineering, and human-computer interfaces
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually in emerging domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record launching at least two patented technologies with $10M+ commercial impact
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and managing $50M+ R&D budgets
- Deep knowledge of ISO 26000 ESG standards and circular economy principles
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
