Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate long-term business goals into concrete technical architectures and delivery timelines.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Design scalable architectures that integrate Artificial Intelligence and Quantum computing resources into legacy and modern systems.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabytes of data.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, AGI alignment) and evaluate their feasibility for enterprise adoption.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of future-proof security protocols and data sovereignty standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, distributed computing, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and prototype emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
