Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines for complex, real-world applications.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in research and development of next-generation AI algorithms.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability on cloud-native infrastructure.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with the company's vision for 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
