You will work at the intersection of engineering, design, and business strategy to ensure we remain at the forefront of the tech revolution.

- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, anticipating trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Energy.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, future-proof systems that can handle exponential growth and complex data sets.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives and pilot programs for emerging technologies to ensure Horizon Labs leads the market.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product managers to translate high-level concepts into executable technical strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Implement agile methodologies and optimize workflows to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
- Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Microservices architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate how emerging technologies will disrupt industries.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
