Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Lead the technical vision and strategic roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies that drive competitive advantage.
- Pioneering AI Integration: Architect and implement advanced Generative AI models to automate complex business processes and enhance user experiences.
- Sustainable Tech Innovation: Develop green coding practices and energy-efficient cloud architectures to minimize the carbon footprint of our infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of elite engineers and data scientists in experimental projects related to predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product leaders and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into executable product features.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentor junior architects, and conduct technical workshops on emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines into production environments.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and align technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
