Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for AI and predictive analytics models, ensuring robustness for 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Algorithms, translating theoretical concepts into production-ready code.
- Tech Roadmapping: Define the strategic technology stack for upcoming product releases, evaluating new tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists on best practices for future-proof coding and system design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Futuristic Skills: Experience with LLM integration, vector databases, or quantum computing environments is a major plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to foresee technological trends and translate them into actionable architectural strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
