We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Architect to define the technological roadmap for 2026. At Nexus Horizon Labs, we are building the infrastructure for tomorrow, today. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between emerging technologiesâincluding Generative AI, Web3, and advanced Spatial Computingâand our core product suite.
In this role, you won't just maintain systems; you will architect the foundation for the next decade of digital innovation. You will lead a team of elite engineers, evaluate bleeding-edge tools, and ensure our architecture is resilient, scalable, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical vision that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems capable of handling high-scale data and transactions.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Evaluate, prototype, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI agents, decentralized ledgers) into our production environment.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team of senior developers and data scientists.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of security and data privacy regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and event-driven architectures.
- AI/ML Integration: Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines into production applications.
- Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized application architecture is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex architectural bottlenecks and make data-driven technical decisions.
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
