- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable execution plans.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry shifts and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots.
- Resource Allocation: Guide R&D efforts and budget planning for long-term technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining multi-year strategic plans for large-scale organizations.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
