Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for next-generation software systems, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- System Design & Scalability: Design and oversee the implementation of high-scale, distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput and real-time processing.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Quantum-ready architectures) to integrate into our core platform.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into executable development plans.
- Infrastructure Security: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and cloud-native architecture best practices to safeguard proprietary data.
- Cost Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance and cloud resource utilization to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
