Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for the 2026 timeframe, integrating emerging technologies like AI and quantum-ready frameworks.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential growth in data and user traffic.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate cutting-edge technologies to determine their viability for our core stack.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across the organization.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Oversee enterprise-level security protocols and disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and implement them proactively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving high-impact engineering challenges.
