Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of high-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to drive innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management and design to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and technical feasibility studies for long-term projects.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong command of system design patterns and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
