Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with high-level business objectives.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3).
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize technical initiatives and manage delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with adopting new, experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams to successful delivery.
- Deep understanding of future tech trends and their practical application in business models.
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
