Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying emerging trends to integrate into our core infrastructure by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable systems that support our long-term growth objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in AI, Cloud Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or CTO-level capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning and executing technology roadmaps for a 3-5 year horizon.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Emerging Tech: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and Web3 technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
