Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to define the technological landscape and roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Technology Assessment: Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory shifts to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to translate high-level concepts into technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovative initiatives.
- Prototyping & Experimentation: Spearhead internal hackathons and experimental labs to test new paradigms.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or R&D, with a proven track record of strategic foresight.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performance teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
