Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3, etc.) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design leaders to translate strategic goals into technical execution plans.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech visions and infrastructure needs.
- Predict market shifts and adjust roadmaps proactively to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Strategic Planning, or Technology Management.
- Proven track record of leading technology roadmaps for enterprise-level systems.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term strategic thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
