Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design for new product features and system overhauls, with a focus on the 2026 strategic timeline.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure code quality and maintainability across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct architectural reviews and performance tuning to optimize system throughput and reduce latency.
- Identify potential technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and message queues.
- Proven track record of leading high-velocity engineering teams through complex product launches.
