Responsibilities
- 2026 Tech Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- AI-First Architecture: Design scalable, AI-native microservices that leverage generative models and predictive analytics for real-time decision making.
- Cloud Migration: Lead the strategic migration of legacy systems to hybrid cloud environments, optimizing for cost-efficiency and performance.
- Security Engineering: Implement advanced security frameworks and Zero Trust architecture to protect sensitive data assets.
- System Scalability: Architect solutions capable of handling projected traffic spikes and data growth, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in software development and DevOps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-volume environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
