Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Oversee system performance optimization and ensure high availability and security standards.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new technological integrations and propose innovative solutions.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and governance frameworks for the engineering department.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with blockchain or decentralized systems is a plus.
