Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-era roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum integration, and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' prototyping AR/VR interfaces and neural interfaces
- Anticipate geopolitical and climate disruption impacts on global tech ecosystems
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Partner with VC firms to scout emerging startups solving 2030 challenges today
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board using immersive data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in exponential thinking and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital sovereignty
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrestrate)
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental initiatives
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with focus on futures studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ moonshot projects launched
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
