Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Metaverse) to identify viable opportunities.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and architects to prototype and validate future solutions.
- Assess the impact of new technologies on our current architecture and develop migration strategies.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in.
- Drive innovation initiatives and foster a culture of forward-thinking within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology planning.
- Proven experience in defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Strong understanding of current and future tech trends, including Generative AI, Cloud Native, and IoT ecosystems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical strategy into business value.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
