Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the 2026 product line, focusing on scalability and AI integration.
- System Design: Lead the design and implementation of complex, distributed systems that handle high-volume data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Advanced ML, etc.) to determine their applicability to our stack.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system performance monitoring and optimization to ensure zero-downtime operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and how to integrate them into production systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and design robust solutions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
