Responsibilities

- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and security protocols.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a proven track record of deploying ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM fine-tuning.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model monitoring tools.
