Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infra: Design scalable, quantum-resistant AI architectures that anticipate market trends for the next three years.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our core AI platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement and enforce robust frameworks for responsible AI, addressing bias and transparency in autonomous systems.
- Neuromorphic Engineering: Oversee the integration of neuromorphic computing principles into our deep learning models.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance culture of innovation, mentoring junior engineers and senior architects alike.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role architecting large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed cloud systems (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience or research interest in emerging tech stacks relevant to 2026 (e.g., edge AI, federated learning, or 6G integration).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
