Responsibilities
- Design Scalable AI Infrastructures: Architect robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with high availability.
- Lead MLOps Strategy: Implement CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automated model deployment strategies to accelerate delivery.
- Future-Proof Roadmaps: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including LLMs, Edge AI, and quantum-ready algorithms, to guide our long-term technical vision.
- Optimize Inference Engines: Continuously monitor and tune inference engines to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time applications.
- Security & Compliance: Integrate enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure strict data privacy compliance within AI workflows.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with product and data science teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML engineering and MLOps.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams effectively.
