You'll pioneer solutions that integrate AI, quantum computing, and immersive technologies while prioritizing employee well-being and ethical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive 2026 workplace strategies integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, metaverse)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-forward HR systems
- Develop predictive analytics models for workforce evolution and talent acquisition
- Architect hybrid/remote infrastructure with zero-trust security frameworks
- Create ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous workplace tools
- Establish KPIs for measuring workplace innovation ROI and employee experience
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic HR, workplace innovation, or technology architecture
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and AI ethics frameworks
- Proven experience scaling hybrid workplace ecosystems with 500+ employees
- Certification in Future of Work methodologies (e.g., SHRM FOW, Gartner FOW)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (Web3, AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python and advanced analytics tools
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
