Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technological roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing pre-2026 commercialization frameworks
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 3-5 year market disruption potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop patentable methodologies for ethical AI governance in autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech applications
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) or equivalent
- Experience with DARPA/NASA technology transition programs
