Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees and external clients.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Communicate complex technical solutions in clear, non-technical language.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify system bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS).
