Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for hotel guests with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate special requests
- Operate property management systems and maintain accurate reservation records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and generate daily reports
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service and professional appearance
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Stayline)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
