- Visitor Management: Greet all incoming guests and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Phone Operations: Answer multi-line phone systems with a polite and professional demeanor, screening calls and taking accurate messages.
- Mail & Delivery: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings using MS Outlook or Google Calendar.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing meeting packets.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to general inquiries via email or in-person in a timely and helpful manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in reception or office administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or reception role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
