Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee inquiries and processing enrollment forms.
- Coordinate HR-related events, such as open houses and training sessions, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Process payroll-related paperwork and time-off requests accurately and on time.
- Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects, reporting, and departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or administrative assistant within a corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
- Ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.
