Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking for executive departments
- Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive financial and client information
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification required
