Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for C-suite executives, including booking meetings, coordinating travel itineraries, and scheduling appointments.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including setting up conference rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Office Operations: Oversee general office management tasks, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing company-wide events, team-building activities, and corporate functions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or executive support role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Integrity: High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
