Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires using our proprietary LMS platform
- Assist in developing interactive training materials and assessment tools
- Track participant progress and compile performance metrics
- Collaborate with senior trainers to refine curriculum content
- Provide one-on-one coaching to trainees during onboarding
- Support compliance training initiatives across departments
- Participate in quarterly training program evaluations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools
