Responsibilities
- Complete intensive technical training modules covering network administration, cybersecurity fundamentals, and cloud computing
- Earn industry-recognized certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate)
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for partner organizations including hardware troubleshooting and software installations
- Document technical issues and maintain accurate service records in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex infrastructure challenges
- Participate in continuous learning through quarterly technology workshops
Qualifications
