Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist employees with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and solutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and projects
- Ensure all IT equipment is properly maintained and secure
- Participate in IT training sessions to enhance technical skills
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license (occasional off-site support required)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
