Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week paid training curriculum covering IT essentials
- Assist senior technicians with hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Learn and apply network security protocols under supervision
- Document technical procedures and maintain system logs
- Provide basic end-user support for software and hardware issues
- Participate in simulated disaster recovery scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
