Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users via phone and email.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to resolve inquiries promptly.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new workstations and devices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical tickets.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new hires regarding company systems and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
