Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and track all support tickets in our ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Conduct basic system checks and updates to maintain client equipment performance.
- Document user feedback and contribute ideas to improve our service processes.
Qualifications
- No prior IT experience required; training is provided on-site.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote hybrid).
