Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment cycles for entry-level technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Optimize job descriptions and company website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Twitter) to actively engage with potential candidates and promote open positions.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and communication logs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective talent pipelines.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral and SEO strategies to enhance employer branding.
- Attend job fairs and campus recruiting events to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for off-site recruitment events.
