Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High level of motivation and a desire to learn the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Willingness to travel to local networking events and company meetings.
