Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Attend job fairs and networking events to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- No prior recruitment experience required; training is provided.
