Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Guide users through standard operating procedures and system updates.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience while assisting diverse customer bases.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Windows/Mac OS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
