Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Document all interactions and solutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Conduct remote system configurations and security updates
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic familiarity with computer systems and internet connectivity
