Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week paid technical certification program covering networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, and cloud computing
- Provide tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems following best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting and system optimization
- Participate in ongoing skills workshops to maintain industry certifications
- Assist in hardware/software deployments and maintenance for client environments
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials for new hires
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills
