Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week intensive training in cloud platforms and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Provide Tier 1 IT support to enterprise clients under supervision
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementation projects
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Maintain compliance with security protocols and data privacy standards
- Shadow senior engineers to observe advanced troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
