Responsibilities
- Complete all modules of the paid training curriculum with a minimum 95% attendance rate
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Monitor and maintain system performance using diagnostic tools and monitoring software
- Document technical issues and resolutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting tasks
- Adhere to cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops and certification prep sessions
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet applications
