Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and peripherals
- Document incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical projects
- Assist with system updates, patches, and security protocols
- Deliver user training on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
